ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a CS (Credit and Surety) Outsourcing Expert to join our CS Operations team in Madrid, reporting to the Global Head of CS Operations. In this role, you will oversee the outsourced Credit Control (Technical Accounting) activities within the Credit line of business and ensure that our external service provider delivers high‑quality services in line with agreed SLAs, controls, and business expectations. /p pYou will work closely with internal stakeholders, act as a key point of contact for all credit control related matters, and play an important role in strengthening processes, enhancing service delivery, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a globally connected organization. The role includes close collaboration with our external service provider, particularly with the operational team based in Bucharest. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and oversee the outsourced Technical Accounting team, ensuring delivery against agreed targets, service levels, and quality standards. /li liBuild and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders and act as a central point of contact for credit control topics. /li liDrive process improvements and operational efficiencies across credit control activities, in collaboration with integral teams and Operational Excellence. /li liEnsure appropriate team structure, resource allocation, and performance monitoring through relevant KPIs, dashboards, and reporting. /li liProvide analytical insights and support governance and regulatory reporting, identifying risks and improvement opportunities early.



/li liStrengthen internal controls and ensure data quality standards are consistently met. /li liManage the relationship and performance of the external service provider, including coordination with internal and external auditors. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou are a results‑oriented professional with experience in operational environments, ideally within insurance or financial services. You bring a structured and analytical approach, combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You are comfortable working with external partners and stakeholders and are motivated to drive improvements in processes, performance, and service delivery. You demonstrate a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and an interest in working in a global and multicultural environment, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, risk awareness, and client service. /p h3Your profile /h3 ul li5+ years of relevant experience in a corporate insurance environment or within a broking organisation, working in an operational capacity, with proven experience in credit control / technical accounting. /li liExperience in third‑party management, ideally in a corporate insurance or technical accounting context. /li liProven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills,



including the ability to influence and negotiate. /li liFluent English; additional European languages are an advantage. /li liSolid technical skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel). /li liHigh level of integrity, adaptability, and a structured, detail‑oriented working style. /li /ul h3Salary and Benefits /h3 pFor Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 38,000 and EUR 64,000 for a full‑time role. The specific salary offered considers the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, and the applicant’s own profile including education, qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience. In situations where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
