/li liEmpower your entrepreneurial spirit /li liCherish the diversity of people, mind, and experience /li liDrive innovation with a proactive mindset /li /ul pWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in bMadrid - IE Tower. /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbYour role as an Assistant will involve: /b /p ul liExecutive Support and Office Management: ul liProvide executive support to the Rector and the Director of the Office of the Rector /li liManage complex calendars, meetings, and competing priorities /li liCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements /li liOrganize institutional visits, official events, and protocol-related activities /li liPrepare agendas, briefing materials, minutes, and follow-up action /li liScreen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, managing them appropriately /li /ul /li liExecutive Coordination and Communications: ul liManage incoming visits, calls, emails, and correspondence based on urgency and importance /li liLiaise with internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders /li liMaintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion /li /ul /li liExecutive Communications and Documentation: ul liProduce, translate, and prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefing notes, and executive correspondence /li liProvide support for virtual meetings and remote collaborations /li /ul /li liOffice Operations and Internal Coordination: ul liCoordinate with other departments to ensure adherence to policies and decisions /li liPrepare, submit,
