The position is expected to work with internal stakeholders and take a support role in analysing key risks, establish regular dialogue between risk and control owners to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the business continuity managed system. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollect, analyse and improve an organization’s business continuity plan. /li liDevelop and test strategies to ensure that the organization can continue its operations during disruptions caused by incidents like natural disasters or cyberattacks. /li liSupport the development of end-to-end technology recovery plans, including coordination with IT teams, infrastructure, network, applications, and security. /li liIdentify potential risks within processes and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.



/li liSupport the development of the overall testing strategy and objectives related to business continuity plans. /li liSupporting recovery efforts during presente disasters or incidents. /li liEvaluating the quality of business continuity plans and conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIAs). /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 pbMinimum qualifications /b /p ul liBachelor’s within Information Systems, Information/Cyber Security, Finance, Economics or other relevant study. /li liExperience within a business focussed role: ul liSolving business challenges and improving processes. /li liPreparing and supporting workshops interviews, to understand the business process, products and services. /li liData analysis to inform decision-making processes, contributing to data-driven strategic insights. /li liAbility to grasp the key functional processes and resources within the organization. /li /ul /li liWork experience in a professional environment preferred, including: ul liDemonstrated planning and problem-solving skills. /li liDemonstrated experience working on activities related to process improvements. /li liDemonstrated experience translating functional requirements to small activities. /li liExperience organizing and carrying out risk assessment and compliance projects. /li liFluent written and verbal communication skills in English. /li liTravel availability. /li /ul /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications / Personal Characteristics /h3 ul liProficient with MS Office, project management, and at least one GRC tool (recommended). /li liFamiliarity with auditing, monitoring, controlling, and process assessment frameworks. /li /ul pVerisure Innovation is an equal-opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds.
