Join our bFinance Team /b. /p pThe Finance team is responsible for managing Holaluz financial statements and supports budget and forecasting activities among other tasks. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsuring the accuracy of financial statements, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations. /li liAccurately elaborate Holaluz financial statements at consolidated levels and for any individual legal entity. /li liEvaluating financial operations to recommend best‑practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently. /li liSupervise and coach AP Team. /li liPrepare journal entries as necessary during the month in liaison with Controllers. /li liPrepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and analyze variances. /li liManaging derivatives accounting (NIIF 9 is nice to have). /li liBe responsible for Inter‑company balances and reconciliations. /li liMonitor group interest loans, monthly calculation, and accruals. /li liGL accounts reconciliations. /li liPropose improvements to optimize and automate processes and calculations. /li liObtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. /li liEnsure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year‑end close. /li liEnsure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. /li liSupports budget and forecasting activities. /li liCollaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.



/li liCollaborate with internal and external audits. /li liAssist in development and implementation of new products and ERP. /li liCoordination with Accounting, Treasury, B2C, Energy Management, Legal, Solar and Tech teams to ensure the robustness of the data registered in the ERP on a timely basis in order to have a monthly report that properly reflects the real image of the company’s activities. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor degree in Economics or similar. /li liProven experience as Senior Accountant, min of 4 years. /li liIn-depth understanding of ES Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Spanish GAAP) and IFRS 9 (Financial Instruments). /li liGeneral Ledger reconciliations and controls. /li liExperience in product and ERP implementations, integrations, etc. /li liCritical thinking, soft skills: empathy. /li liEagerness to learn new tools, processes and businesses. /li liAdvanced knowledge of English. /li liCommunication and coordination with different departments in order to register all transactions in a timely and correct manner. /li liPreparing audit files for external auditors. /li liCapable of dealing with tight deadlines.
