As Finance Data BI Technical Lead, you will own the design and delivery of end-to-end data solutions for the Finance domain, from ingestion to reporting. /p pYou will lead a BI delivery team and act as the technical authority for Finance data products built on Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory and Power BI. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the technical delivery and quality of Finance data BI solutions /li liLead the design and implementation of data pipelines, data models and marts, reporting and dashboards /li liEnsure alignment with data governance, architecture standards and best practices /li liAct as Tech Lead on Finance data initiatives (design, estimation, delivery oversight) /li liCollaborate closely with senior Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions /li liProvide technical guidance and mentoring to the delivery team /li liContribute hands‑on when needed (development, troubleshooting) /li liDrive Agile delivery and CI/CD practices (Azure DevOps / GitHub)



/li liContinuously improve the Data BI framework and ways of working /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science or equivalent experience /li liStrong experience delivering end-to-end data solutions in Finance environments /li liAbility to engage and influence senior stakeholders /li liHands‑on mindset with leadership capability /li liFluent English /li /ul h3Required Experience Skills /h3 ul li6+ years in data engineering / BI, including 3+ years in a Lead role /li liStrong experience with Azure data ecosystem (cloud + hybrid) /li liDeep expertise in Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory, Power BI (incl.
