In this full-time role, you will accompany adolescent girls in their personal, emotional, and social development, creating a safe and supportive environment for their daily growth. /pulliSupport and guide adolescents through their personal, emotional, and social development journeys. /liliDesign, execute, and evaluate individual socio-educational interventions tailored to the unique needs of each minor. /liliEncourage healthy daily habits, independent living skills, and overall personal autonomy. /liliCultivate a positive living environment by preventing and resolving conflicts effectively. /liliMaintain educational follow-ups while coordinating with schools, medical centers, and local community resources. /liliPrepare detailed reports, keep accurate progress logs, and contribute to individual educational plans. /liliFacilitate participation in constructive educational, cultural, and leisure activities. /liliCollaborate continuously with an interdisciplinary team, families, and guardians to ensure comprehensive care in the best interest of the minor.
