You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the entire software lifecycle. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ulliDefine and evolve the Quality Engineering strategy across products and technology teams. /liliEstablish quality standards, frameworks, governance models, and best practices. /liliDevelop risk-based testing approaches to improve release confidence and delivery quality. /liliDrive the adoption of modern Quality Engineering practices within Agile and DevOps environments. /liliIntroduce and evaluate AI-powered solutions to enhance testing, defect prevention, and quality insights. /liliDefine quality KPIs and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into quality trends and risks. /liliIdentify systemic quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /liliPartner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Architects to embed quality from design to production. /liliDrive initiatives around test automation,
