Must comply with international flight training guidelines with emphasis on EASA. /liliSABA program management for customer registrations /liliDetermines booking types and creates class lists. /liliSchedules computer based training, classroom training, briefings, and simulator training. /liliConfirms client/students schedule via phone and/or email. /liliCommunicates and coordinates with the Director of Training, Sales, Compliance and Customer service. /liliaccounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing tasks,



value added tax and income tax reporting and filing. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Experience: /h3ulliMust have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills. /liliAbility to master the use of a complex scheduling program. Experience in Wall Chart scheduling program system preferred. /liliAbility to organize work flow from multiple and overlapping schedules. /liliAbility to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events. /liliAttention to detail and good multitasking skills; ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. /liliMinimum of five years experience with scheduling. /liliSolid financial background /liliSAP and SABA knowledge/experience /liliFluency in English - read, speak, write.
