Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and engage high-quality Dutch-speaking candidates
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate negotiations, and offer management
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
- Provide regular recruitment updates to the management team
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently xqbhyrx and manage recruitment projects remotely
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and adaptable to changing needs and challenges
