The job holder will report to the Production Manager Sagunto and cooperate with the rest of Production Team Leaders as well as with the management team. /p pb In this position, the manager will be responsible for: /b /p ulli Lead and develop the team under your supervision, identifying potential and fostering growth among team members, including Process Improvers, Supervisors, line coordinators, and others. /lili Ensure daily, weekly and monthly production targets are met whilst quality and EHS standard are respected. /lili Ensure the system contains accurate information for precise reporting of plant status. /lili Coordinate production tests, production changes, and line improvements. /lili Provide solutions to high-level issues within the facilities. /lili Collaborate with your team (SLs, PIs, Supervisors) to resolve problems within your area of responsibility. /lili Work with MICs, SLs, PIs,



and other plant personnel on special projects related to your area of responsibility. /lili Perform any other duties and tasks in line with the responsibilities of the position. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /p ulli A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is often required. Advanced degrees or certifications in management or automotive engineering are a plus. /lili Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning.
