Role Description

As an Associate Director, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Strategic Consulting practice in Spain as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients on the fields of Real Estate, Construction, People and Corporate Culture.

Our Strategic Consulting Team

We are composed by +40 fully dedicated consultants, all coming from reputable consulting firms and with focus on three main pillars.

- Investment Strategy: Support Real Estate investors taking investment related decisions (integrated due diligences, monetization plans, strategic plans, highest and best use projects…)
- Corporate Strategy: Support clients operating in all sectors except pure real estate solve their increasingly complex real estate and people issues (footprint optimization, new build feasibility programs, operating model design, cost optimization plans…)
- ESG: Support all type of clients with real estate related ESG solutions (decarbonization plans, LEED & BREEAM certifications, environmental due diligence, mobility studies, non-financial reporting…)
- Place Strategy & Placemaking: Generate solutions to improve urban and mid-scale spaces to ensure long-term economic value by bringing meaning and experience to people
- Behavioural Science: study social and behavioural science, understanding people needs and demands to achieve a positive impact on how we live, work and play

Projects and Responsibilities





Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of consultants, you will work alongside our Corporate Strategy clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness through projects such as:

- Real Estate transformation: footprint optimization, real estate strategic plans, program of requirements and construction feasibility for big developments, cost optimization plans and Real Estate/Facility Management operating model design and optimization plans
- People and Culture: Corporate culture transformation, change management plans
- Retail: Retail expansion, internationalization and/or footprint optimization plans
- Supply Chain and Logistics: Network design and optimization plans, 3PL selection process, real estate programs of requirements and strategic plans
- Special projects

- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Motivated to face new and diverse challenges
- Fluent in English.
- MBA degree preferred with 5+ years of professional experience.
- Experience working as a Management Consultant required.
- Experience managing proposal writing efforts; participating in pitches for consulting work; developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships.
- Passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues.
- Have managed at least one major workstream of the business design.
