Zoomo vehicles are used by major players in the food, grocery and parcel delivery segments with partners including UberEats, Doordash, Just Eat Takeaway, Deliveroo, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Amazon, UPS and many more.Expect to join a high-performing team that wants to lead the charge towards carbon-neutral cities.The RoleWe're looking for a City Operations Manager to lead the daily operations in Barcelona.Duties will include:Own market-level KPIs for financial and operational performance with responsibility for P&L, customer growth, retention and revenue.Motivate, coach, and develop a team covering front of house retail as well as back of house mechanics and field operations while building a positive culture.Create and deliver strategic sales and marketing initiatives suited to market trendsDeliver an exceptional customer experience and instil customer-centric values in the teamEnsure compliance with operational SOPs and continuously contribute to process improvementsResponsibility for stock take and ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained for the city at all times to support effective daily operationsLabour spend and roster managementEnsure compliance with health and safety guidelines and safety auditsRelevant Diploma or Degree in Business Management or similar (retail, operations).2 years+ experience in an operations management position, retail management position or similar.Management experience leading a team.Demonstrated experience in sales or marketing.Hands on operator with a strong on-floor presence who gets things done.Ownership mentality. No job is too big or too small.Self-starter. Excited by a growth environment and willing to try new strategies while keeping the focus on achieving results.Agility.
