It is a diverse and inclusive group of around 30 people based in Eaton locations across EMEA. The team supports Eaton in developing efficient, sustainable power management solutions that meet the ever‑changing needs of the world. /ph3What you’ll do /h3pYou will support recruiting activities for Eaton in the EMEA region, initially focusing on Spain. The role requires the consultant to be able to travel to the Zaragoza area when required. You will utilize all recruiting and assessment tools to proactively identify, screen, and assess talented candidates based on the Eaton leadership model. You will interface with HR and hiring managers on current openings and long‑range talent strategies, monitor and drive hiring metrics, and conduct searches using various resources. /ph3Your main responsibilities /h3ulliConduct extensive internet and database searches to generate candidates for open vacancies and mid‑ to long‑term projects, using proactive cold‑recruiting methods to identify passive talent. /liliConduct phone interviews and contact potential candidates generated through research, cold calling, and customized marketing plans, as well as internal systems. /liliMaintain the accuracy of the complete hiring process within the system.
/liliProvide high‑quality customer service to internal and external clients. /liliAdvocate the staffing model internally at all levels of the organization. /liliAddress, react to, and resolve unusual or sensitive issues with industry and company knowledge. /liliManage outside third‑party vendors, ensuring consistent adherence to hiring processes and maintaining strong relationships. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pIdeally you will hold a degree or be equivalently qualified and have relevant experience in recruitment.
