This role ensures the successful achievement of objectives, deadlines, and budget, while coordinating multidisciplinary and international teams. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and write RDI project proposals, planning resources, timelines, and costs. /li liManage European (H2020, Horizon Europe) and national projects: planning, execution, monitoring, and control. /li liProvide technical supervision of project activities, solving issues and mitigating risks. /li liCollaborate on programming tasks (preferably Python) for the development of optimisation and AI models applied to energy systems. /li liPromote continuous improvement of internal processes within the RDI department. /li liCoordinate with multidisciplinary and international teams. /li liStay up to date with technological trends in the energy sector. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pUniversity degree in Engineering,



Computer Science or a related field. /p h3Experience /h3 ul li1–3 years of experience managing successfully funded European projects, especially within Cluster 5. /li liParticipation in the writing and execution of at least one H2020 or Horizon Europe project. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liSpanish: high level or native. /li liEnglish: high level, spoken and written (mandatory). /li liCatalan: valued. /li /ul h3Conditions /h3 ul li33-36M.
