We are looking for an Operational Resilience Manager to oversee and enhance our ability to withstand and recover from disruptions, ensuring the continuity of critical operations and services. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liPartnering with departments and functions to assess and build resilient operations /li liDesigning, implementing, and testing contingency plans, including business continuity plans, crisis management procedures, and scenario playbooks /li liProviding oversight on group testing programmes, designing complex failure scenarios,



and designing dashboards and indicators /li liSupporting executives during crisis events to protect our customers and the company /li liConducting lessons‑learned activities following major events to continually improve our procedures /li liWorking closely with our Product and Data teams to build a world‑class resiliency function /li liUsing data and quantitative analysis to understand our business operations and implement resilience strategies /li liProviding regular reports to senior management on the status of business continuity initiatives and recommended improvements /li liMonitoring emerging risks and industry trends, adapting resilience strategies to evolving threats and business needs /li liEnsuring compliance with EU and French regulations /li /ul h3What You'll Need /h3 ul liA bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, or related field /li li4+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry /li liExperience implementing regulatory frameworks for operational resilience, including Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and FCA PS21/3 /li liA solid understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to operational resilience and continuity planning /li liExcellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills /li liImpeccable communication and stakeholder management skills /li liProficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planning /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liBasic SQL skills /li liAn accreditation from the Business Continuity Institute /li liExperience using G‑Suite and Google Cloud platforms /li /ul h3Inclusion and Diversity /h3 pBuilding a general financial super app isn’t enough.
