Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead ADP’s Southern Europe product efforts to drive growth, adoption, and client value. You’ll own regional product outcomes, shape the global platform roadmap, and balance standardization with local market needs. You’ll drive AI-enabled innovations in HR and payroll workflows and lead a regional product team. This is a strategic, high-impact role in a matrixed, multinational setting with direct executive engagement.

• Lead regional product strategy: align regional roadmap with global platform direction and balance localization with standardization.
• Drive AI-enabled product innovation: develop AI-powered HR/payroll experiences, partner with Engineering/AI/UX, ensure security/compliance.
• Build and lead a high-performing product organization: coach Product Managers, establish discovery/prioritization/outcome measurement practices.
• Deliver at scale:



manage end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch and market adoption, ensuring speed, quality, and scalability.
• Act as an executive product partner: engage with enterprise clients, stakeholders, and represent the region in general product forums.

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience owning regional or multi-market product portfolios with measurable business impact
• Track record of delivering growth, adoption, and customer value in enterprise environments
• Experience in a global product organization with local market adaptations
• Deep understanding of complex, regulated domains (HR tech, payroll, or adjacent industries)
• Ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations
• Strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management
• Experience driving or contributing to AI-enabled product innovation is a plus
• Fluent in English; advanced in Italian and/or Spanish
