ph3About the Role: /h3 pPerk is a fast‑scaling B2B travel booking and expense management platform operating across multiple geographies. Our Finance team runs on a growing stack of interconnected systems, and we need a hands‑on, strategically‑minded operator to own it. /p pAs Senior Manager, Finance Systems, you will be the internal expert and accountable owner of our entire finance technology ecosystem — with NetSuite at its core. You will partner closely with Accounting, Strategic Finance, and Engineering to optimise how our systems operate, integrate, and scale. This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role for someone who wants to be the person who makes finance run better. /p h3What You’ll Do: /h3 h3NetSuite — Core Ownership /h3 ul liServe as the primary system administrator and functional lead for NetSuite ERP /li liManage configuration, customisation (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SavedSearches), and release management /li liOwn the NetSuite integration landscape, including connections to upstream and downstream systems /li liDrive the AR/AP, GL, and close‑process optimisation agenda within NetSuite /li liLead system remediation initiatives (e.g. unapplied cash cleanup, open document resolution) /li /ul h3Finance Systems Ecosystem /h3 ul liManage and optimise the broader finance tech stack including evaluating new AI tools /li liOwn the systems roadmap — evaluate new tooling, lead vendor negotiations, and retire legacy processes /li liDrive system integration projects end‑to‑end, partnering with Engineering where required /li /ul h3Controls, Compliance Audit /h3 ul liOwn IT general controls across finance systems as part of the SOX programme /li liManage user access reviews, segregation of duties, and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows /li liAct as the primary liaison for auditor (Deloitte) and advisory (PwC) queries on systems and data /li liMaintain SOC report inventory and annual review process for all finance system vendors /li /ul h3Projects Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liLead systems implementation and upgrade projects from scoping through go‑live /li liIdentify and execute automation opportunities that reduce manual effort in the close cycle /li liBuild and maintain systems documentation, including data dictionaries, process flows, and runbooks /li liPartner with Accounting and FPA to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For:

/h3 h3Essential /h3 ul li7+ years of finance systems experience, with at least 4 years as a NetSuite administrator or functional lead /li liDemonstrable hands‑on NetSuite configuration experience: workflows, custom records, SuiteScript, saved searches, and reporting /li liTrack record of owning cross‑system integration projects from requirements through delivery /li liSolid understanding of core accounting processes (close cycle, AR/AP, consolidation) — enough to speak credibly with controllers and auditors /li liExperience supporting SOX IT general controls or equivalent audit‑facing compliance work /li liStrong project management instincts: able to run multiple workstreams, communicate status clearly, and flag blockers early /li liAbility to operate independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with limited hand‑holding /li /ul h3Highly Valued /h3 ul liNetSuite certification (Administrator, ERP Consultant, or equivalent) /li liExperience with HiBob, Okta, LeaseQuery, or Carta in a finance context /li liExposure to multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments /li liFamiliarity with SaaS or B2B travel/expense tech — you’ll understand the business you’re supporting /li liExperience working alongside Big 4 auditors on systems and data queries /li /ul h3Who Will Thrive Here: /h3 pThis role is not a ticket‑taker. You will be expected to bring a point of view, push back when requirements are incomplete, and proactively surface problems before they become audit findings. The right person is equally comfortable in a configuration screen and a CFO meeting — and sees the connection between the two. /p pYou are probably a good fit if: /p ul liYou are genuinely energised by fixing broken processes, not just maintaining working ones /li liYou communicate technical issues in plain language without being asked to /li liYou have strong ownership instincts — if something is wrong in your systems,

you find out before the auditors do /li liYou are comfortable with ambiguity and can set your own priorities when direction is incomplete /li liYou thrive in scale‑up environments where the roadmap is built as you go /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 ul liReceive competitive compensation and equity ownership /li liRest and recharge with generous allocation of vacation days plus public holidays /li liTake control of your physical health with private healthcare or a gym allowance /li liLife Insurance protection for your loved ones /li liPerk events, including annual summer party /li liWellbeing partner Spring Health with therapy and coaching sessions /li liFlexible compensation plan /li li17 weeks paid parental leave during the child’s first year /li li16 paid hours per year to volunteer for charitable causes /li liUp to 20 Work from Anywhere days per year /li liReal‑life English, Spanish and Catalan lessons /li liFour‑week paid sabbatical after five years /li liRelocation support to one of our hubs /li /ul h3AI Fluency: /h3 pAI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you’ll use day‑to‑day are AI‑enabled, so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise work, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work — the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do — so you can focus on outcomes. /p pWe don’t expect you to be an AI expert, but we do expect you to be curious and intentional about it. The bar is judgment: knowing when AI makes your work better, when to verify what it produces, and when to rely on your own expertise instead. /p pWe’ll ask about how you use AI in your interviews — not to test tool knowledge, but to understand how you think about it. That reflects how we work every day. /p h3How We Work /h3 pAt Perk, we take an IRL‑first approach to work, where our team works together in‑person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work. /p pFor certain roles, we can help with relocation from anywhere in the world. English is the official language at the office. /p pWe’re an equal opportunity employer, which means you’re welcome at Perk regardless of how you look, where you’re from, or anything else that makes you, well, you. /p p#LI‑Hybrid /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
