ph3Global BU HSE Fire and Explosion Program Lead (F/M/D) /h3 pWe are looking for a Global Fire and Explosion Safety Specialist to join our team as Program Lead. /p pIn this role, you will lead and manage our Fire and Explosion Safety Program, ensuring compliance with internal, industry, and regulatory standards across our integral facilities. /p pThis is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our safety culture and operational excellence. /p h3How you’ll make an impact /h3 pLead the BU Fire and Explosion Safety Program, including related processes and technical guidance. /p pAssess and safeguard Fire and Explosion prevention systems on BU TR facilities, tools, and equipment. /p pDevelop and implement cross-functional strategies for Fire and Explosion safety measures and standards. /p pConduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies for Fire and Explosion safety. /p pProvide training and develop technical competencies in Fire and Explosion safety at local sites. /p pDefine requirements for Fire and Explosion safety during purchasing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. /p pCoordinate with internal Real Estate projects to ensure compliance with legal and internal safety requirements. /p pInvestigate Fire and Explosion incidents, determine root causes, and prepare corrective and preventive action plans. /p h3Your background /h3 pBachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, with a specialization in Fire and Explosion safety. /p pOver 8 years of experience in relevant functions. In-depth understanding of EN (EU)
