ppDescripción del trabajo /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pWe are looking for a bRetail Design Visual Merchandising Specialist /b to join the international Carolina Herrera Fragrances team in Barcelona on a btemporary maternity cover contract /b. /p pIn this creative and hands-on role, you will support the design and implementation of high-quality permanent retail spaces and point-of-sale materials, ensuring consistency with the Carolina Herrera brand image across international markets. /p pThe role will focus particularly on the development of permanent spaces for the makeup category, making previous experience in makeup retail highly valued. /p h3What you'll get to do /h3 ul liDesign functional and visually impactful permanent retail spaces, fixtures and POS materials. /li liDevelop creative concepts, technical drawings and production files. /li liSupport the development of makeup retail spaces, including grid systems and permanent displays. /li liSelect materials and construction solutions, and follow up on prototypes and mock-ups. /li liCoordinate projects from creative development through production and market implementation. /li liValidate manufacturing plans, prototypes and samples with suppliers. /li liEnsure quality and consistency across international and locally produced POS materials. /li liMaintain and update corporate guidelines, master files and permanent image documentation. /li liCollaborate closely with Marketing, Go-to-Market, Digital, Education and operational teams.



/li liUnderstand local market needs and propose solutions that improve visibility and the customer journey. /li /ul h3We'd love to meet you if you have /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field. /li li3–5 years of experience in retail design or visual merchandising, ideally within beauty, makeup, luxury or fashion. /li liStrong creative and aesthetic sensibility with excellent attention to detail. /li liExperience managing projects across creative development, production and implementation. /li liKnowledge of materials, fixtures and production processes. /li liStrong AutoCAD skills; SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are highly valued. /li liCollaborative, proactive and well organised, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. /li liFluent English and Spanish are essential. /li /ul pWe welcome Creators Of All Kinds.
