You will act as a bridge between business and technology, driving the definition and delivery of scalable, cloud‑based solutions while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and technical teams. /p pHigh English level is required. /p ul liLead the full requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and refinement. /li liEnsure requirements are clear, structured, testable, and aligned with business priorities. /li liMaintain full requirements traceability from business needs to functional specifications and test cases. /li liProduce and manage documentation (BRD, FRD, use cases, acceptance criteria). /li liFacilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with solution design. /li liDevelop functional flows and use cases consistent with architecture and business requirements. /li liTrack requirements progress, quality, risks, and readiness. /li liManage change requests and perform impact analysis. /li liCollaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Security, and DevOps/SRE teams. /li liSupport solution design and feasibility analysis aligned with Azure‑based architectures. /li liIdentify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, including AI‑driven capabilities. /li liSupport testing and UAT to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutions. /li li5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Solution Analyst. /li liStrong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and lifecycle management with traceability and structured frameworks.
