We also have 56 rooms, a private cinema room, and our signature Cecconi's restaurant. /p h3Main Duties /h3 ul liBring food/drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to its respective location in the restaurants and deliver to members. /li liMaintain a spotless, pristine work environment /li liProvides service to and is accountable for an assigned section. /li liDevelop relationships with members in order to provide personalized service. /li liPolishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service. /li liPreparing any additions to tables in advance (preparing lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions etc) /li liPerform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations. /li liMaintain a spotless and pristine working environment. /li liAttending regular trainings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings. /li liWiping down tables after members have left resetting the restaurant so we can welcome reservations and accommodate walk ins. /li liResolve member complaints, handling all member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. /li liTake action in all matters related to safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of employees and members. /li liAssure the proper handling of VIPs and PWKs, protecting their privacy and confidentiality.
