ph3Purpose of the Role /h3 pTo contribute to the growth profitability of Griffith Foods Europe by playing a leading role in the advancement of our sauce dressings technical expertise capabilities, enabling the delivery of differentiating, innovative, profitable sauce dressings aligned to the business growth strategy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for the development and execution of innovation, technical value leadership key projects. /li liLead capability building programs across the category and into local teams. /li liActively participate in and work with Integral and Regional category teams to enable the delivery of regional category projects. /li liResponsible for regional knowledge management/transfer across the category. /li liInstigate develop relationships with external technology partners, co‑manufacturers ingredient partners to facilitate the implementation of the Purpose Driven Strategy emphasizing sustainability and Health Nutrition. /li liCommunicate internally with all necessary functions to exchange technical information enable adherence to project timelines.



/li liEnsure appropriate communication tools methods are employed, including preparation of presentations, work instructions, training documents detailed technical reports to effectively share knowledge learnings. /li liManage project budgets. /li liLead deliver sauce nutritional reformulation projects. /li liMaintain and enhance the security of all information regarding product formulas, processing and related company intellectual property. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with relevant experience. /li li7 years’ experience or more in a similar role. /li liWork with independence, exercising ingenuity and judgment in the approach to and accomplishment of key innovation technology projects. /li liEffectively manage multiple priorities and timelines. /li liDemonstrate strong technical, problem‑solving and leadership skills to approach complex projects. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
