Handle inquiries related to services, payments, and technical
requirements via email and phone. Ensure smooth communication by
providing accurate information and following set processes. Be the
go-to problem solver, navigating tricky situations with a positive
and motivated mindset. What Were Looking For: Languages: Slovenian
(C2) and advanced English. Skills: Strong communication,
interpersonal abilities, and PC proficiency (Office 365, CRM
Database). Mindset: Solution-driven,



goal-oriented, and adaptable
to changing priorities. Experience: Prior customer service or
contact center experience is valued. Location Flexibility: Ability
to work on-site and remotely (within 100km of the office). What We
