Works with the founder and marketing on turning creator content into affiliate, organic, and paid opportunities. /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliOwn the affiliate and creator program end to end, sourcing through payout and reporting /liliSource and qualify anime, gaming, fashion, and lifestyle creators by brand fit, audience, engagement, and content quality /liliSet up and manage affiliate tracking in Social Snowball or a comparable tool: creator programs, tracked links, discount codes, and onboarding /liliRun outreach, follow-up, gifting, and creator agreements without letting relationships slip /liliBuild and maintain the creator database, outreach templates, and performance reporting /liliTurn strong creator content into affiliate, organic, and paid ad opportunities,



including whitelisting into paid /liliBuild a tiered ambassador or referral program where creators recruit other creators /li /ulh3Must-haves /h3ulliProven affiliate marketing experience, with a program you personally ran /liliHands-on experience with Social Snowball, UpPromote, Refersion, or a similar affiliate and referral platform /liliCreator or influencer marketing experience for an ecommerce brand /liliShopify experience /liliGenuine anime knowledge and familiarity with fandom communities /liliWritten and spoken English at C2 level.
