pp(Please note this is a Direct Search led by Bacardi, Applications from agencies will not be accepted nor will fees be paid for unsolicited CVs.) /p h3Responsibility /h3 ul liExecute financial analysis frameworks, reports and models. /li liPrepare monthly and quarterly reports for each Global Function lead with financial information in a concise and insightful way explaining variances vs Plan and vs Actuals. /li liMonthly forecasting and monitoring of Structure Investments, challenging markets where overspends occur and flagging any risks and opportunities to Global Functions. /li liSupport the Annual Planning Process for the organizations Integral Functions, including the creation of plan templates, data analysis and validation, review with budget owners and system submissions. /li liCollaborate with Global Functions teams to align forecasts with strategic initiatives and resource allocation /li liDevelopment presentations, papers or reports for key stakeholders and standing meetings. /li liExtract, organize and analyze information and data from financial systems for reporting, problem solving or ad hoc query answering.br/ /li /ul pResponsible for Master Data (Profit and Cost Centers) for Global Functions /p h3Skills /h3 ul liImpeccable MS Excel skills and ability to execute financial modelling, analyze results and organize in presentation format. /li liAbility to navigate financial systems and extract data; knowledge of SAP, SAP BI, TM1 and MDG. /li liAbility to communicate clearly and precisely in both writing and speaking as well as good listening skills to understand the organization’s problems and propose appropriate solutions. /li liAbility to work with Senior Stakeholders and other Primos of the organizations as a team toward achieving the organization’s reporting needs. /li liAbility to handle multiple and changing priorities while working in a matrix organization. /li liEmbed culture of cost control within the organizationbr/ /li /ul pAbility to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and iterations,
