You lead by example, raise the bar for quality, and help teams make better decisions through design. /ppThe ideal candidate brings strong UX fundamentals, critical thinking, and the confidence to challenge assumptions while driving projects forward. /ph3As a UX Senior Consultant at North, you will… /h3ulliLead UX strategy and execution across multiple digital products and workstreams. /liliOwn the UX process end-to-end: discovery, research, synthesis, ideation, validation, and delivery. /liliPartner closely with clients to deeply understand business objectives, user needs, and product constraints. /liliPlan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, translating insights into clear design decisions. /liliDefine user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interaction models for complex products. /liliCollaborate with Product Managers, UI Designers, and Developers to ensure UX quality from concept to code. /liliClearly communicate and defend design decisions with solid rationale and evidence. /liliIdentify UX risks,
