ppbLocation: /b Adaptable within Spain. Ideally, the successful candidate will be based in or able to effectively cover the northern region. However, Madrid and Valencia are also preferred locations. /p h3Job Summary /h3 pThe MSL is a field-based medical professional responsible for providing medical scientific information for the Seqirus vaccines with a focus in a large part of Spain, focusing on the licensed vaccines and late-stage portfolio. /p pThis role requires high level of collaboration with medical and commercial operations functions to ensure activities are in line with Seqirus Spain strategic objectives as well as ensure to act in compliance and respect of all national laws and regulations and Seqirus compliance standards. /p pThis role aims to build strong and durable relationships to customers and external stakeholders. /p h3Principal Accountabilities /h3 h31 - External facing /h3 ul liCommunicate new and other important approved medical content to targeted health care professionals (HCPs) in local, regional or national capacities including Vaccines HCP decision-makers, national and regional key opinion leaders, national and regional professional associations, payer groups at regional and national level, government organizations, primary care key stakeholders at regional level and any other HCP who may be considered an influencer for flu protection in Spain. /li liProvide externally truthful, accurate and scientifically supported information in response to unsolicited medical requests from HCPs and other stakeholders in a manner that complies with all applicable ethical, governmental and Seqirus guidelines, policies, and procedures (e.g.



medical inquiries, scientific congress participation, etc.). /li liProvide internally product and indication expertise for any Seqirus/CSL colleague (e.g. field force training, develop and update medical slides, medical review and copy clearance, etc.). /li liDeliver presentations to relevant stakeholders in accordance with the designated medical strategy established by the Spanish, European and Global Medical Affairs team. /li liFacilitate communication between HCPs and HCOs, any healthcare decision maker and Medical Affairs colleagues. /li liFacilitate both Seqirus sponsored clinical trials, collaborative research, and investigator initiated research activities, as determined by Medical Affairs and in accordance with Seqirus SOPs (Seqirus sponsored research site/investigator interactions, IIR inquiries, etc.). /li liFacilitate and support Medical Affairs contribution to awareness and education of all stakeholders in close collaboration with internal functions. /li liSearch actively for customer insights that contribute to the development of product medical strategies and provide these to Seqirus as appropriate.



/li /ul h32 – Internal facing and Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liProvide internally product and indication expertise for any Seqirus/CSL colleague (e.g. field force training, develop and update medical slides, medical review and copy clearance, etc.). /li liEngage and collaborate with Market Access, Sales Team, Customer Services, Communications and Medical Affairs teams locally and at EMEA level. /li /ul h33 – Compliance /h3 ul liAct at all times in a manner that is consistent with the Seqirus values and behaviours. /li liEnsure compliance with all internal and external policies, procedures and regulations e.g. Code of Practice, financial processes. /li liParticipate to all compliance training in line with timelines and Code of Practice requirements. /li liContribute to internal signatory/approval process. /li liScientific Degree as Medical Doctor (MD) or PhD or Master in life science (e.g. pharmacy, biology, chemistry…). /li li3 years of relevant work experience, including 2 or more years of experience in clinical and/or health services education or research (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry). /li liExperience in infectious diseases, epidemiology, vaccines and public health and the Spanish health care system. /li liExcellent and demonstrated use of modern communication, hard- and software and communication platforms (e.g. MS Office, internet-based mobile working, etc.). /li liFluent in English and Spanish. /li liHolds a driving license valid in Spain. /li liRequired to be flexible in working hours. /li liWillingness for travelling throughout Spain and abroad; flexibility to travel up to 50-60% of time. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
