We act as a proactive business partner to internal functions and production sites, aiming to achieve optimal results across the dimensions of quality, supply security, sustainability, innovation, risk, and cost. /p pThe key to successful procurement lies in cross-functional and global collaboration, as well as a deep understanding of technical requirements and regulatory frameworks.



/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelopment and implementation of a global category strategy within the overall global energy procurement strategy /li liRepresentation of procurement towards external business partners and senior management /li liMonitoring of markets, as well as analysis of innovation and technology trends /li liNegotiation and conclusion of energy contracts with a strong focus on risk and cost optimization /li liMonitoring regulatory developments in energy markets and deriving required actions /li liCollaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., sustainability team, facility management, finance) /li liResponsibility for CSRD-relevant procurement measures including PPAs, ESG integration, and reporting support /li /ul h3Professional Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in business administration, engineering, energy economics, or comparable /li liSeveral years of experience in bstrategic energy /bprocurement /li liSolid knowledge of benergy markets /b(electricity and gas) /li liExperience with PPAs and sustainability strategies /li liStrong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes /li liFluency in English and Spanish; German is an advantage /li liProficiency with digital tools and MS Office /li liSAP knowledge is a plus /li /ul h3Personal Competencies /h3 ul liStrong strategic mindset and analytical skills /li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills /li liHigh level of initiative and responsibility /li liTeam player with intercultural competence /li liAffinity for sustainability and innovation /li /ul pB.
