As a fast-growing company with a strong presence in the US and European markets, we aim to scale our brand, attract new users, and retain and engage existing customers. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires a deep understanding of B2C business. /ppAs Head of Product, you will be responsible for leading, defining, executing, and analyzing the impact of a strategic Product roadmap. The role focuses on Product excellence, alignment with business goals, and cross-functional collaboration. The position oversees multiple specialized roles and teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Designers, and Product Analysts. /ppbYour Role and Key Responsibilities /b /pulliStrategic Market and Product Development: Monitor and analyze product and marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine Product strategies. /liliDefine and plan a strategic Product Roadmap aligned with business goals, involving multiple departments and stakeholders. /liliLead and monitor the development of the Product roadmap and analyze impact of the strategy within the product team. /liliUnderstand the Product 360 to anticipate upcoming market changes. /li /ululliProduct Execution and Monitoring Data: Implement robust reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights on product performance and development effectiveness; ensure data-driven decision-making across teams. /liliDefine and track KPIs such as LTV, conversion, retention,



churn, CAC, funnels, and related metrics. /liliProvide regular updates on implementation results and strategic recommendations to increase positive impact. /liliOptimize operational product workflows to streamline productivity and collaboration. /liliWork with the product team and departments to promote initiatives that improve the product and support cross-functional goals. /li /ululliLeadership and Collaboration: Set a strategic direction with ambitious goals; communicate complex concepts in business terms to stakeholders. /liliPromote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. /liliProvide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations with clear goals and constructive feedback. /liliCollaborate with HR on budgeting, hiring, training, and development to build a high-performing product team with multiple squads. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulli7+ years of experience in Product, with a focus on B2C subscription business models. /liliProven track record of successful product implementation in the USA and/or European markets. /liliStrong organization and cross-squad coordination skills. /liliSkilled in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder alignment, and team communication. /liliAbility to translate business strategy into actionable product work. /liliCuriosity about tech innovations — AI, APIs, automation — and their application to your product. /liliData fluency: retention curves, LTV models, churn, CAC, ratios, funnels, etc. /liliExperience with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, VWO, JIRA, and product documentation.
