This group works on training our embedding and reranker models and focuses on advancing semantic search techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency. You will collaborate across teams to integrate your work into our search infrastructure and contribute to building an intelligent, efficient, and precise search system. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, train, and improve cutting–edge search models. /li liGather high‑quality retrieval datasets and optimize data pipelines for model training and evaluation. /li liWork closely with the model serving team to ensure that inference is fast and stable. /li liCollaborate with product teams to develop solutions. /li liEngage in research collaborations with partner organizations and academic affiliations and publish your work in top‑tier conferences and journals. /li liTake ownership of projects, wear multiple hats, and shape what we build during this pivotal moment. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProficiency in Python and related ML frameworks such as PyTorch,
