The position offers high exposure to senior management and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, making it an excellent development opportunity for a high-potential professional early in their career. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the GM for Iberia LATAM in understanding, shaping, and executing the regional strategy. /liliTranslate strategic priorities into actionable plans and assist in the evaluation of business initiatives and proposals. /liliAnalyze regional operational and commercial performance, identifying risks and improvement opportunities. /liliHelp align regional processes, resource planning, and departmental objectives with the overall strategy. /liliContribute analytical support during organizational or strategic changes at a regional level (e.g. shifts in focus, integrations, or acquisitions). /liliBuild forecasts and analytical models in collaboration with the finance team.



/liliMonitor and analyze regional industry trends and market developments alongside commercial and technical teams. /liliPrepare strategy-related analyses and reports for regional management reviews. /liliTrack the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and support adjustments when required. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Engineering or a related technical field is strongly preferred. /lili3–5 years of professional experience in strategy, business analysis, or management consulting. /liliIdeally, prior experience with one of the leading strategic consulting firms. /liliStrong understanding of business operations and performance management. /liliExcellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations. /liliStrong organizational and stakeholder management skills. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
