ppThe Fraunhofer Spain Research foundation is looking for a JUNIOR RESEARCH ENGINEER to support research and development activities at the Fraunhofer Center for Applied Theragnostics in Catalonia (Fraunhofer CAT). The candidate will contribute to the development of precision medicine algorithms and imaging biomarkers by AI-driven image processing and data analysis. /p pThe contract will be within the framework of the Fraunhofer CAT projects, whose objective is the development of new diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic tools in the field of precision medicine. For example, the development of new technologies for i) the establishment of biomimetic organ and tissue models for in vitro testing, ii) the development of sensors and electronic devices, iii) the design and validation of therapeutic strategies for personalized medicine, and iv) the production and validation of new biological models and (v) Bioinformatics and data analysis. /p h3Main duties and responsibilities: /h3 ul liProcessing multimodal imaging datasets. /li liExtraction of quantitative imaging biomarkers. /li liDevelopment of radiomics pipelines. /li liAI models for classification and prediction. /li liIntegration of imaging and clinical data. /li liSupport for validation studies. /li liCommunicate results through scientific reports, publications, and presentations. /li liActively contribute to lab research and collaborations. /li /ul h3Requirements for candidates /h3 h3Essential /h3 ul liMSc in Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, Medical Physics, Computer Science or related field.
