We are looking for an experienced Managing Director / General Manager to lead our Spanish operation through its next phase of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with full accountability for business performance, commercial strategy and organisational development across Spain. /ppThe Opportunity /ppReporting to the VP, Northern Europe Spain, you will lead the Spanish leadership team and drive the delivery of ambitious revenue, margin and profitability targets while ensuring strong customer focus, operational excellence and compliance. You will be responsible for translating regional priorities into a clear local strategy, building high-performing teams and creating the governance, performance culture and customer relationships needed for sustainable growth.



/ph3What You’ll Be Doing /h3ulliLeading the overall strategy, operational management and financial performance of the Spanish business. /liliOwning revenue growth, profitability, working capital and key business KPIs. /liliDriving commercial excellence through customer retention, new business growth, pricing strategy and sales execution. /liliBuilding and maintaining strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, veterinary groups and key industry stakeholders. /liliLeading and developing a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability, collaboration and results. /liliPartnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, HR, Finance, IT, Regulatory and Customer Service teams to deliver outstanding business performance. /liliActing as the key connection between the Spanish business and European leadership, ensuring local priorities align with wider strategic objectives. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3pYou will be a commercially minded business leader who combines strategic vision with a hands‑on, pragmatic approach. /ppYou'll bring: /pulliExperience as a Managing Director, General Manager, Country Manager or senior commercial/operational leader. /liliA strong track record of leading PL performance, budgeting,



forecasting and business growth. /liliExceptional commercial acumen with expertise in sales leadership, customer development, pricing and margin management. /liliExperience leading cross‑functional teams and driving performance through change. /liliStrong stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship‑building skills. /liliFluency in both Spanish and English.
