ph3Fraud Activity Agent (French-speaking) - On-site BM01 /h3 pLocation: Barcelona, on-site. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liInvestigate and verify fraud incidents using internal tools and defined macros. /li liCollect and verify all necessary documentation from customers to confirm or infirm fraud. /li liManage cases within defined pending periods, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. /li liDe-escalate tickets to Level 1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days following established procedures. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProficient or bilingual in French; advanced in English. /li liStrong interpersonal skills including active listening, empathy, and adaptability. /li liAdvanced customer service and conflict resolution abilities. /li liSkilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex, non-standard issues. /li liProficient in providing clear root-cause analysis and insights. /li liProficient with extended tools and operational systems (e.g., CRM, parcel tracking). /li liTechnically proficient in OS-level topics (iOS, Android, Windows). /li liProactively identifies and leads improvement initiatives. /li liSupports efficiency and optimization of service-level agreements (SLAs).
