In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing HR operations, ensuring seamless processes across various HR functions, and providing first-level support for HR systems and employee inquiries. /ppstrongABOUT THE ROLE /strong /pulliProcess HR tickets for the international HR community (1st Level Support), focusing on SAP HCM, SAP BW, or other HR systems. /liliProvide 1st Level Support to ensure consistency in HR system usage globally. /liliOrganize and implement SAP HR user training sessions for international HR system users. /liliManage data administration in HR systems, including onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment processes. /liliAssist HR teams in maintaining accurate employee master data.
