Join Our Social Media Customer Service Team! ? Are you passionate

motivated Customer Service professional to support advertisers
using digital advertising solutions. ? What You’ll Do From the very
beginning, you’ll play an active role in identifying opportunities
to improve service quality and enhance the overall user experience.
? Provide B2B customer support to advertisers, handling end-to-end
product troubleshooting and inquiries related to advertising
products via email and chat channels. ?? Take full ownership of
customer cases, collaborating closely with in-house Product
Operations and Engineering teams to resolve general, technical, and
product-related issues. ?? Drive high levels of customer
satisfaction by ensuring quality service throughout the entire case
journey and delivering timely updates across all touchpoints. ⭐
Meet service-level targets across all channels while maintaining




excellent productivity and improving resolution times for
advertisers. ⏱️? Partner with internal technical specialists to
educate advertisers on product features, best practices, and common
issue types. ?? ✅ What We’re Looking For ? Proficiency in Arabic +
and good level of English, both written and spoken ? Hands-on
experience managing paid campaigns (mandatory!) ? A degree in
Marketing or a related field ? Experience in Digital Marketing ?
Background in a Contact Centre or service role within an AdTech
environment ? Strong familiarity with social media platforms and a
basic understanding of digital advertising ? A service-oriented
attitude and excellent communication skills ? Ability to shine both
