/p h3Project Description / Role / Responsibilities /h3 pAs Madrid Delivery Center Manager, you are responsible for the management and operational excellence of the delivery organization dedicated to Border Travel programs in Europe. You will work on high‑visibility strategic projects, mainly in critical government contexts with high security, availability, and performance requirements. You will work in an international and multicultural environment, with teams spread across several countries, composed of internal employees and partners, covering the entire engineering value chain. /p ul liOversee the end‑to‑end delivery of Border Travel programs, from design to customer acceptance. /li liEnsure contractual commitments in terms of quality, costs, deadlines, scope, and compliance. /li liSupervise integration, customization, IVVQ, deployment, and production activities. /li liManage and develop large, multi‑site, and multicultural multidisciplinary engineering teams. /li liActively contribute to the pre‑sales, estimation, risk analysis, and solution feasibility phases. /li liPromote collaboration with other Thales teams to improve internal processes and tools. /li liRepresent the Delivery function to customers, governance bodies, and internal stakeholders.
