The Role: The Miravia Risk team is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Risk Governance Manager to build and lead our risk governance framework. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping the company's approach to regulatory compliance, internal policy, and platform integrity.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Fashion Category Lead to drive strategic growth across key Fashion and Sports categories on . This is a high-impact role within our dynamic Marketplace team, leading a portfolio of top-tier retailers and distributors in Spain and beyond.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Category Management: Lead the end-to-end management of core Fashion & Sports categories, developing annual promotion calendars aligned with seasonal trends, market demand, and product life cycles.

- GMV Growth Leadership: Design and execute strategic plans to accelerate sales performance, prioritizing seller growth based on market potential, product mix, pricing competitiveness, and consumer insights.

- Key Account & Seller Management: Serve as the trusted advisor to top retailers,



distributors, and brands—driving platform adoption, guiding operational excellence, and maximizing their success through marketing tools, advertising solutions, and best-in-class marketplace practices.

- High-Level Negotiations: Lead negotiations on product selection, pricing strategies, and exclusives—leveraging market intelligence to secure competitive advantages and boost conversion.

- Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification: Maintain deep knowledge of the Spanish fashion and sports distribution landscape. Identify emerging trends, white spaces, and new business opportunities—and translate them into actionable seller initiatives.

- Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Spearhead horizontal projects across the Fashion cluster, collaborating with marketing, operations, data analytics, and tech teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve marketplace dynamics.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize robust analytical frameworks to interpret multi-dimensional data sets, inform business decisions, and continuously optimize KPIs including GMV, conversion rate, and seller health metrics.

- Operational Excellence: Guide sellers on service standards, content quality, listing optimization,



and customer experience—ensuring alignment with platform requirements and market expectations.

Qualifications

-

- Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in category management, key account management, or marketplace operations—ideally within a digital platform, distributor, retailer, or global brand.

- Proven track record in Fashion and/or Beauty sectors—experience in Sports apparel is highly valued.

- Deep understanding of e-commerce business models, margin structures, pricing strategies, and supply chain dynamics in fashion.

- Fluent in English and Spanish – written and spoken (mandatory).

- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; ability to transform data into strategic insights.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex stakeholder landscapes and leading cross-team initiatives.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills—with the ability to influence at senior levels.

- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with independent judgment and a bias for action.
