ph3Job Title /h3 pRemote Support Engineer (German-speaking) - Hybrid - High Tech Industry HD01 /p h3Job Description /h3 pSupport the end customers (3D service bureaus enterprise customers), channel partners and HP Service workforce on the resolution of 3D printer technical issues and accelerate the adoption of HP JetFusion products by building a competitive advantage through a lean support experience in the 3D printing market. /p h3What You Will Do In This Role /h3 ul liProvide expert support on industrial 3D printers /li liRemotely resolve hardware and/or software technical issues and application problems for customers /li liTrigger an onsite interaction (parts and/or FSE dispatch) in case the issue cannot be fixed remotely /li liKeep customers informed of the status of their case /li liDocument case history and interactions with customer in the CRM to ensure proper handover to field, product/case history tracking and reporting /li liContribute to maintaining the Knowledge Management System (KMS) and share the knowledge with the rest of the organization /li liAssist Care Center Agents and Customers on subjects such as product features, specifications, parts info and compatibility, maintenance routines, educational programs and technical aspects in general, based on customer entitlement /li liAssist Field Service Engineers during onsite troubleshooting in case of need /li /ul h3Your Qualifications /h3 pWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
