ppWe are looking for Enterprise Renewal Representatives for an important software company located in Barcelona. /ph3Responsabilities: /h3ulliExecute End to End Renewal Motions: Independently own and execute full renewal workflows across assigned Accounts. /liliClose Renewals: Defend the existing customer base by driving timely, accurate renewal execution with minimal guidance. /liliCustomer Procurement Interaction: Work directly with customer procurement teams to ensure renewal execution and accuracy. Provide mentorship to less experienced colleagues as appropriate. /liliMonitor Auto Renewal Status: Monitor account auto renewal settings and intervene when auto renewals are disabled to prevent churn, applying data analysis and judgment. /liliDrive and Close Seat Expansions: Identify and close seat expansion opportunities (additional users across buyers, business units, divisions, or personas) at time of renewal using standard playbooks and creative approaches. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulli1–4 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success,
