ph3Inventory Planner – EU Middle Mile Forecasting and Planning, Middle Mile Planning E2E Forecasting /h3 pJob ID: | Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch) /p p h3Key Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlay a key role in planning and executing weekly and high‑volume events Middle Mile Forecast publication ensuring we deliver a plan which optimizes for CX metrics (Speed, Cost, DEA). /li liPlay a pivotal role in the planning Tech teams’ relationship to ensure we have a strong grip over the volume forecast signal and understanding from Tech how it can improve. /li liDeep dive and understand forecast accuracy misses trends and work with Tech to rollout a fox plan. /li liLead the roadmap of forecast signal improvements based on clear accuracy target, along with the Tech Teams. /li liCreate innovative solutions using data and analysis to address wider challenges in your organization; liaise with stakeholders across the entire Amazon operations business to implement these solutions. /li liTake a big‑picture approach in your analysis of business operations, create processes for driving improvements across a range of teams and organizations. /li liWork alongside leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, taking the lead in delivering them from start to finish and frequently reporting on the program status. /li liChallenge the status quo on the outbound transportation and supply chain processes together with partner teams to create an end‑to‑end aligned forecasting signal. /li /ul h3A Day in the Life /h3 pYou will lead the forecast accuracy improvement roadmap, working hand in hand with Tech. You’ll work with a number of teams to navigate challenges as and when situations impact our network. You’ll spend time resolving temporary issues and looking at the bigger picture to drive Amazon towards achieving new objectives. This role is both proactive and reactive,



and you’ll have the opportunity to help forecast and plan for new projects. You will spend time assisting with a plan for a busy period including HVEs. /p h3About the Team /h3 pThe team specializes in running the Aligned Forecast that is vended to Middle Mile and 3P organizations. This signal is the source of truth for capacity planning for both organizations and also a key source for all volume planning reactivity systems. The team deep dives forecasting trends and works with Tech to bias correct these trends. /p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree. /li liExperience in data analysis. /li liExperience working with multiple groups of stakeholders. /li liExperience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time. /li liExperience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in process improvement. /li liMaster's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field. /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
