ppThe Billing Sales Specialist ensures the end-to-end implementation and continuous evolution of Cellnex' industrial commercial process to guarantee accurate billing of services sold as well as securing full traceability across the commercial lifecycle. /ppThe role is responsible for the deployment and continuous improvement of the Billing Industrial Model at corporate level, ensuring alignment with Cellnex's commercial strategy, contractual standards and business applications (notably Salesforce). /ppThis position plays a key role in driving standardization, automation and efficiency within the commercial process across countries, with particular focus on MNO contracts and complex telecom service billing models. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliEnsure the end-to-end implementation of the industrial commercial process to guarantee correct billing of services sold, securing full traceability from contract signature to invoicing. /liliLead the evolution of the industrial commercial process in line with new business requirements, regulatory changes and strategic priorities. /liliDeploy and continuously improve the Billing Industrial Model across the organization. /liliProvide hands-on support to countries during the initial phases of the Billing Industrial Model implementation, especially supporting local commercial teams. /liliEnsure alignment between the Billing Industrial Model and business applications, particularly Salesforce, promoting system consistency and data integrity. /liliDevelop and implement standardized contract models, commercial offers, pricing calculators and supporting tools to automate and optimize the commercial process. /liliCreate templates, documentation and structured models that enhance efficiency, governance and scalability of the business model. /liliFoster adoption and best practices in Billing within commercial teams across countries.
