This role ensures the development of best‑in‑class orthodontic education across traditional and digital workflows, driving clinical excellence, customer adoption, and measurable business outcomes. /p pbDepartment: /b Clinicalbr/bLocation: /b EMEA-Spain /p pThe role partners closely with regional and local commercial teams, KOLs, external speakers, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, evidence‑based, and outcome‑driven education across EMEA. /p h3Role expectations /h3 h3Clinical Education Strategy Delivery /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and execute EMEA orthodontic education programs covering diagnosis and treatment planning using traditional and digital orthodontic solutions /li liDeliver high‑quality face‑to‑face and virtual education, including lectures, hands‑on workshops, and blended learning experiences /li liEnsure education programs are clinically relevant, evidence‑based, and adapted to regional market needs /li liApply modern learning methodologies and pedagogic principles to maximize learner engagement and retention /li /ul h3Learning Effectiveness Outcomes /h3 ul liDefine clear learning objectives and implement assessment methodologies to measure educational effectiveness /li liTrack, analyze, and report learning outcomes and performance metrics, linking education impact to business KPIs /li liContinuously optimize educational content and formats based on feedback, data insights, and evolving clinical evidence /li /ul h3Stakeholder, KOL Faculty Management /h3 ul liBuild strong clinical relationships with key clinical stakeholders across EMEA /li liSupport speaker training, content alignment,
and presentation excellence /li /ul h3Clinical Business Insight /h3 ul liCritically read, analyze, and interpret clinical evidence, translating scientific data into practical educational content. /li liDefine and manage content localization and market prioritization strategies, balancing clinical impact, budget constraints, and regional capabilities across EMEA. /li liInterpret business and performance data to inform education strategy and prioritization /li liAlign education initiatives with regional commercial objectives, customer journeys, and product strategies /li /ul h3Program Management Budget Ownership /h3 ul liManage education budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI /li liCoordinate timelines, resources, and cross‑functional inputs using structured project management approaches /li /ul h3Digital Enablement /h3 ul liLeverage digital tools and platforms to deliver scalable education across EMEA /li liActively use and optimize platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Power BI for delivery, reporting, and insights /li liSupport the evolution of digital and hybrid education models /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li6-10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years’ experience working in an education,
product specialist or clinical specialist role /li liExperience in Medical Education field and/or DDS degree or equivalent /li liSolid understanding of both traditional and digital orthodontic workflows /li liFluent English (written and spoken); additional European or Middle Eastern languages are a strong plus /li liExcellent presentation and facilitation skills /li liStrong pedagogic skills and knowledge of adult learning methodologies /li liResults‑driven mindset, with experience assessing and reporting learning outcomes /li liStrong coaching skills, particularly with stakeholders, speakers, and KOLs /li liAbility to critically analyze clinical literature and translate evidence into education /li liAbility to interpret business data and connect education initiatives to commercial impact /liliProven ability to align education programs with business objectives and KPIs /li liStrong project management and budget planning capabilities /li liHigh digital literacy, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and PBI /li liAbility to balance clinical credibility, educational excellence, and business impact /li liStrong cross‑cultural communication skills in a complex EMEA environment /li liExperience working in a regional or international (EMEA) role preferred /li liStrategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability /li liPassion for education, innovation, and continuous improvement /li /ul pReview our bApplicant Privacy Policy /b for additional information. /p pbEqual Opportunity Statement /b Align Technology is an equal opportunity employer.
