Our solution, the BeeHome™, is an AI-powered robotic beehive that enables remote beehive management and improves bee health and productivity at scale. /ppBy combining robotics, artificial intelligence, and precision agriculture, Beewise is transforming how beekeeping is managed worldwide. /ppAs Beewise expands its activity in Europe, we are looking for a Managing Director to lead and establish our beekeeping operations across the region. /ph3About the Role: /h3pWe are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Managing Director to establish and lead Beewise’s beekeeping activity in Europe. /ppReporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for building Beewise’s European activity from the ground up — developing strategic partnerships with commercial beekeepers and growers, establishing the regional operational infrastructure, and leading the business expansion across European markets. /ppThe ideal candidate combines strong agricultural knowledge with business leadership experience and a deep understanding of the beekeeping ecosystem. /ph3What You'll Do: /h3ulliEstablish and lead Beewise’s beekeeping activity in Europe from the ground up. /liliDevelop and execute the regional business strategy in alignment with company leadership. /liliBuild and manage relationships with commercial beekeepers, growers, and agricultural partners.
