You'll work with advanced building analytics, energy audits, technical solution design, baseline development, cost calculations, and measurement verification concepts. This position can be based anywhere in Spain and requires occasional travel across the country. /p /brh3Your responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliConducts building data analytics remote audits, analyze current situation and produces facility improvement measures plans. /li /brliEngage with the people in the various industry and building, understand the challenges, the energy usage and patterns, how the plant is operated and controlled, how the plant is providing and using energy within the industry/building,



compare the design to what is being used (e.g. as to identify changes in operation) and upon delivering a performance reports, to identify facility energy/maintenance optimization measures. /li /brliAssists sales in identification and qualification of potential digital services contracts. /li /brliFull ownership of optimization process; from discovery to service delivery including energy audits, cost calculations, design and specifications and measurement and verification. /li /brliClose interaction and cooperation with the Siemens European Digital Delivery Center. /li /brliEnsure service development process including internal stakeholder management. /li /brliActive monitoring for new trends and solutions in the market to enhance the offerings. /li /br /ul /brh3What you bring /h3 /brul /brliExperience with plant and control optimization on industry and buildings market. /li /brliHaving experience with several various Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) is highly advantageous. /li /brliYou will have an excellent understanding of the technical infrastructure, and technologies and how to redesign existing systems to become more energy,
