We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their builds, has a strong eye for detail, and understands the level of care required to deliver high-end custom homes. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day construction of our custom residential projects, ensuring each home is delivered safely, on time, and to the high standards of workmanship and presentation we are known for.



/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging builds from slab through to completion and handover /li liCoordinating and supervising trades and suppliers /li liMaintaining strong quality control across all stages of construction /li liMonitoring timelines, budgets, and site progress /li liConducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance with all regulations /li liLiaising with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth building process /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 ul liProven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (minimum 5 years preferred) /li liStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and high-end quality standards /li liSolid understanding of Australian building regulations and site safety requirements /li liAbility to manage multiple trades while maintaining quality and programme /li liStrong communication and organisational skills /li liHigh attention to detail and genuine pride in workmanship /li liAbility to work within structured systems and processes /li liRelevant trade qualification or building background highly regarded /liliExperience in cust /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
