In this District Manager role, you will steer the Cardiovascular BU’s strategic direction and performance. You’ll lead integrated brand work with cross-functional teams to drive growth in a high-impact therapeutic area. You will manage KPIs, budgets, and omnichannel campaigns that engage healthcare professionals. Your collaboration with sales, medical affairs, and market access will ensure compliant, effective promotion and customer-centric strategies. This is a high-visibility, impact-driven position in a leading biotech company with a strong mission.

• Develop and execute integrated brand strategies aligned with business objectives
• Own brand performance metrics, budget, and business results
• Create promotional campaigns, messaging, and tools for commercial teams
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across sales, medical affairs, access, market research, legal, and regulatory
• Manage end-to-end promotional material approvals with legal, regulatory, and medical review




• Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives leveraging digital platforms for HCP engagement
• Incorporate customer and patient insights into strategic planning and execution
• Align with KOLs, global teams, and affiliates for consistent execution
• Collaborate with market access and pricing to align value proposition with payer needs
• Work with sales training to develop and deliver field force training
• Design and execute market research plans for Barcelona - Valencia area

Responsabilidades
• Doctorate xqbhyrx degree and 2+ years of marketing and sales experience, OR
• Master’s degree and 4+ years of experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience, OR
• Associate’s degree and 10+ years of experience, OR
• High school diploma / GED and 12+ years of experience
