ph3Corporate Supplier Quality Manager – Global Scope | Hybrid Work Model /h3 pWe are looking for a Corporate Supplier Quality Manager to shape and lead the global supplier quality strategy at Roca Group. You will play a pivotal role ensuring our extensive supplier network delivers products that meet and exceed the highest standards, supporting our vision of operational excellence and innovation worldwide. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and implement a standardized Supplier Quality Management (SQM) process across all regions and business units. /li liPartner with Procurement to embed quality requirements in sourcing and supplier contracts, aligning commercial agreements with quality expectations. /li liLead global supplier audits and qualification, ensuring risk‑based methodologies and best practices are deployed. /li liDevelop supplier maturity models and drive improvement programs for strategic and underperforming suppliers. /li liOwn the supplier complaint and escalation process, ensuring robust root cause analysis and sustainable issue resolution. /li liOversee OEM/ODM supplier quality management, integrating outsourced manufacturing into Roca's quality framework. /li liDefine and manage supplier KPIs and scorecards (defects, audit results, Cost of Poor Quality, delivery).
/li liLead supplier‑related risk management, ensuring compliance with Roca and international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949). /li liBuild supplier quality capabilities globally, supporting upskilling and alignment across regions and plants. /li /ul h3Internal External Relationships /h3 pWork closely with the Corporate Quality Director, Procurement teams, Regional and Plant Quality Managers, as well as strategic suppliers worldwide. /p h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liExtensive experience (8‑12+ years) in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality within global, multi‑site organizations. /li liProven expertise in supplier audits, root cause analysis, KPI management, and supplier development. /li liExperience in OEM/ODM environments is highly valued. /li liStrong leadership, influencing, and intercultural communication skills. /li liStructured, analytical mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement. /li liEnglish: Fluent.
