The role involves leading procurement strategy and supplier management across the company, managing Factorial's tech stack, driving contract negotiation and renewal planning, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient, cost‑effective procurement operations. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage Factorial’s tech stack end‑to‑end, ensuring visibility, ownership, and optimization of all software and vendor spend. /liliLead contract negotiation and renewal planning, proactively managing timelines to avoid auto‑renewals and secure the best commercial terms. /liliOwn purchasing strategy for Marketing, HR, and other departments, ensuring timely and efficient procurement at scale. /liliCreate and oversee Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance across all procurement activity. /liliBuild and manage strategic relationships with suppliers, leading negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, and contract structure. /liliPartner closely with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Accounting leadership to align budgets, validate invoices, and ensure on‑time deliveries. /liliAnalyze purchasing data to identify cost‑saving opportunities, drive procurement strategy, and improve processes company‑wide. /liliEnsure compliance with procurement policies, owning contract and supplier documentation management. /liliDrive continuous improvement of procurement workflows, tooling, and operational efficiency across the organization. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliProven senior‑level experience in Procurement, Purchasing,
