As a planner your ultimate goal is to optimize planning and instruct drivers. /p pWorking with us, in a life dynamic planning environment, being in contact with drivers, other transports companies and colleagues from all over Europe, your everyday schedule will look different and exciting. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlanning, organizing and coordinating the daily transport activities; /li liVerifying /checking drivers activity and trucks position; /li liInforming drivers about transport details (loading/ unloading, goods etc); /li liUsing specific monitoring systems and transport management systems; /li liMaintain complete and correct administrative records /li liUsing specific tools to update the required information.



/li liCreate consignment and planning in operational systems /li liCalculating routing and monitoring the general performance and utilisation of the trucks; /li liActively communicating with internal and external partners /li liProactively sharing insight and needs about operational issues. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liWe are looking for an organized person with a strong motivation to work in transports.
